You can simply link the QuickReturns to your Shopify Store so that your customers can seamlessly raise returns and exchanges. To provide this ease, you just have to follow the steps below: 
You can easily link QuickReturns to your Shopify store so your customers can seamlessly raise return and exchange requests.

Step 1: Login into your QuickReturns Dashboard and click on the Return Portal tab
 

Step 2:  Copy the link against the Method 1
 

We have the link now,  we have to link it with the Shopify store now.  

To link it with the Shopify store, follow the steps below: 

Once you have copied the Return Portal link from your QuickReturns dashboard, follow the steps below to add it to your Shopify store:

Step 1: Log in to your Shopify Store, navigate the Content tab from the Left Menu bar, and click on "Menu"

Step 2: Look for your existing return-related menu item (for example: Return & Exchange, Initiate a Return, or Raise a Return)  or create a new one and click on it.
 

Step 3: In the Name field, enter a page name, such as Returns, Return Requests, or Request and Exchange. In the Link field, paste the QuickReturns URL that you copied earlier.

Step 4: Select the link option that appears in the dropdown (as shown in the image).

 
Step 5: Click the Save button.

Step 6: You are all set now. Your customers or users can use this link to raise a return or exchange request.
