You can simply link the QuickReturns to your Shopify Store so that your customers can seamlessly raise Return and exchange returns. To provide this ease you just have to follow the below steps: 

Step 1: Login into your QuickReturns Dashboard
 

Step 2: Navigate the “Return Portal” tab from the side menu bar and click on it. 
 

Step 3: Click on the Open in New Tab beside the Return Portal 
 

Step 4: Once clicked, A new tab will open, On the Address bar you will see a link, copy that and link with your Shopify store. 
 

To link it with the Shopify store, follow the below steps: 

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

1. Click the Footer menu.
2. Click Add menu item.
3. In the Name field, enter a page name, such as Returns , Return Requests, or Request and Exchange.
4. In the Link field, paste the URL that you copied.

You are all set now, your customers or users can use this link to raise a return or exchange request.
