Royal Mail is the UK’s designated postal provider, offering UK-based businesses a reliable and efficient solution for shipping and returns.
Required Information for Integration
To integrate Royal Mail with QuickReturns, ensure you have the following details:
- A Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA)
- Your Royal Mail Account Number
- Your Royal Mail Posting Location ID
- The Email Address Associated with Your Royal Mail Account
Steps to Link Royal Mail with QuickReturns
- Log in to your QuickReturns Dashboard.
Navigate "Settings" from the left side menu.
Click on “Reverse Logistics.”
Locate "Royal Mail" in the integration list and click the settings icon next to it.
- Enter your Royal Mail credentials ( Account Number, OBA Email Address, Posting Location Number ) in the required fields.

6. Click the “Enable” toggle button to activate the integration.

7. Click “Save” to complete the setup.

Once completed, your QuickReturns will be integrated with Royal Mail, allowing you to generate reverse pickups directly from QuickReturns.
