If you want to prevent customers from raising return requests, you can easily disable the return button through the QuickReturns dashboard. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Disable the Return Button:
- Log in to your QuickReturns Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, go to Settings.
Click on Store Policies.
Navigate to the Return tab.
In the field titled "Maximum Number of Days for Return", enter 0 (zero).
Scroll to the bottom and click Update.
You are done. The return button will now be disabled on your branded return page, and customers will no longer be able to initiate returns.

If you need to enable returns again, simply update the number of returnable days from the same settings panel.
