If you want to prevent customers from raising exchange requests, you can easily disable the exchange button through the QuickReturns dashboard. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Disable the Exchange Button:
- Log in to your QuickReturns Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, go to Settings.
Click on Store Policies.
Navigate to the Exchange tab.
In the field titled "Maximum Number of Days for Exchange", enter 0 (zero).
Scroll to the bottom and click Update.
The Exchange button will now be disabled on your branded return page, and customers will no longer be able to initiate an exchange.

If you need to enable exchange again, simply update the number of exchangeable days from the same settings panel.
