This guide will walk you through the simple steps required to connect RapidShyp with QuickReturns.
By completing this integration, you’ll be able to generate reverse shipment AWBs, track pickups in real time, —without switching between multiple portals.
The setup involves two quick parts:
- Generating API keys from the RapidShyp portal
- Enabling RapidShyp inside your QuickReturns account
Follow the steps below to get started.
Part 1: Fetching the details from RapidShyp
Step 1: Log in to your RapidShyp Portal.
Step 2: From the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Configure API".
Step 4: On the Configure Settings screen, click Generate New API Key.
Step 5: Enter the required details as follows:
- Scope: Read & Write
- Whitelist IP: Enter the IP address “ 128.199.72.249 ”
Once completed, click Generate API Key.
Step 6: After the API keys are generated, copy the API Key and Secret Key and click Save to confirm
Your RapidShyp API keys are now ready.
Part 2: Enable RapidShyp in QuickReturns
Step 1: Log in to your QuickReturns Portal.
Step 2: From the side menu, go to Settings.
Step 3: Click on Integrations.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Logistics Partners section. Locate RapidShyp and click the Settings (⚙️) icon next to it.
Step 5: Paste the API Key and Secret Key generated from the RapidShyp portal and Click Save.
Step 6: Turn on the Enable Integration toggle to activate RapidShyp.
Integration Complete: RapidShyp is now successfully connected with QuickReturns. You can now:
- Generate reverse shipment AWBs directly from QuickReturns
- Track reverse pickups and shipment status in real time
- Automate reverse logistics without switching portals
